About CBK

Celebration Baptist Kinderschool has been providing an excellent early childhood education and care to families in Tallahassee since 1998. CBK is a Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) provider staffed with qualified early education teachers. We are a part-time program that serves children from 12 months old through pre-kindergarten.

Our goal is to help children connect to God through learning and to help their parents connect to others. Celebration Baptist Kinderschool is a ministry of Celebration Baptist Church.

We are honored to come alongside parents to teach about our Creator, the love that He has for us, and about the world He gave us to live in. We have created a space that feels like family, safe and inviting; a space for children to learn through play and discovery.

Students will learn about math, reading, music, Spanish, and most importantly the bible during school.

CBK School Year Info

CBK runs mid-August through mid-May and our normal school week is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
We offer an add-on of Before School Care from 7:30 am to 9:00 am for 12 months – 4 years old.
We also offer an add-on of Stay & Play (extended care) from 1:00 pm - 3:30pm for ages 12 months – 3 years old.
4-year-olds have the option to attend our afterschool program from either 1-3:30pm or 1-6:00pm.
Our program runs on a calendar similar to the Leon County Public School calendar, which means we will be closed on Leon County Holidays.
Students will need to bring daily lunches as we do not provide school lunches.
