Many people at Celebration have made a life changing discovery: getting connected to other people in the church is what made the difference in their spiritual growth. They have found, first hand, that a successful Christian life is one lived in community with one another. We call our Sunday morning classes LIFE Groups. LIFE Groups are responsible for carrying out these 5 basic functions:
- Spiritual Growth (teaching/learning component)
- Sharing (evangelism through open groups)
- Serving (ministry and missions)
- Strengthening (accountability for men and marriages)
- Support (member care, hospitality and prayer)
Another opportunity to connect with others is through small groups meeting in homes at times other than Sunday morning. We are constantly trying to expand the small group structure for men, women, and couples. The relaxed setting of a home goes a long way to promote an atmosphere of community among the small group members.
We also offer various discipleship classes throughout the year. These are designed to help you grow in your knowledge of God and His word, and grow in areas such as marriage, parenting, leadership, and financial responsibility.

When Wallflowers Dance with Angela Thomas- Women’s Bible Study, Thursday Mornings beginning June 12th from 9:30-11:00am in the choir room (child care provided) or Sunday Evenings beginning June 8th from 4:30-6:00pm in 102D. Co-Ed Classes
Genesis Part 3: Becoming a Friend of the Faithful God, a study on Abraham, a Precept Upon Precept Study. Thursdays, 6:00-8:00pm. Led by Debbie Green. Cost $15.
Financial Peace University, Sundays, 4:30-6:30pm this summer. We are preparing for our next session of Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. Tom and JoAnn Jacobs will be serving as coordinators. Contact the church office if you are interested in taking part of this class.
